Need an Apostille for an FBI Background Check?

We work with many clients & recruiting agencies from countries such as South Korea, Italy, Spain and the United States to obtain an Apostille on the FBI Background check once the federal results have been obtained.

We charge a flat rate of $65 per document (which includes the US Department of State fee) and can submit the document for Apostille to the US Department of State. Processing times can be verified from the office of authentications website at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/records-and-authentications/authenticate-your-document/requesting-authentication-services.html. All submissions are handled by mail and the processing time cannot be guaranteed. Please add $65 to the quote if you also need your diploma Apostilled (includes relevant department fees and service charges). We can even arrange for the mailing for the return of your completed document to you!

THERE ARE 2 METHODS TO CARRY OUT THIS APOSTILLE PROCESS:

OPTION 1: PLACING THE ORDER VIA EMAIL:
Please email us:

• PDF file of FBI background check you obtained via online portal
• US Authentication Services completed order form
• Payment (credit card or PayPal)
• Payment for return mailing or prepaid FEDEX, UPS or USPS return label (Do not list US Authentication Services or our address as the sender, you must list your own information)

This emailed order must be sent to info@usauthentication.com with the subject line:
“EMAILED ORDER -- APOSTILLE -- YOUR NAME”

OPTION 2: MAILING IN THE ORDER:
Please mail us:

• The original FBI background check results (with the seal and signature of the official)
• US Authentication Services completed order form
• Payment (check, money order, credit card information, or PayPal)
• Payment for return mailing or prepaid FEDEX, UPS or USPS return label (Do not list US Authentication Services or our address as the sender, you must list your own information)
